Terms of Service | BenchyOps

Welcome to BenchyOps. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the 'User' or 'Client') and BenchyOps ('We' or 'Us'). By registering for, accessing, or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms in their entirety.

1. License to Use

BenchyOps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our SaaS software solely for the legitimate management of 3D printing operations.

Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing access to the software without express authorization is prohibited.
You must not use the service for illegal purposes or to host content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

2. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BenchyOps is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in password security.

3. Intellectual Property

BenchyOps retains all rights, titles, and interests in the platform, including source code, design, logos, and quoting algorithms.

The data you upload (3D models, inventory) remains your exclusive property. We only obtain the right to process it to provide the service to you.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid services are billed in advance based on the selected plan. By not canceling the subscription before the renewal date, you authorize the automatic charge for the next period. We do not offer refunds for partial months of unused service.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided 'as-is'. BenchyOps does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any lost profits, data, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Important Note: Our cost calculations are estimates based on parameters entered by you. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of quotes before sending offers to your clients.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, including, but not limited to, non-payment of fees or misuse of the platform.
